An estimated 200,000-plus service members transition out of the military each year. Each transition from military to civilian life is unique, and USO Pathfinder® is there to help service members and military spouses through the process.

USO Transition Specialists help develop a personalized action plan to guide participants in taking full advantage of services and resources that are the best fit for them.

The program works with strategic partners to connect service members and military spouses to resources through a holistic approach, focusing on:

• Employment
• Education
• Financial readiness
• Mentorship
• Increased access to relevant veterans’ benefits in their communities

USO Transition Specialists support service members and family members up to one year before their transition and ensure continuity of care by extending support up to six months after they have officially left service.
